Just one person who was very accommodating rest the other matured man didn't care

They messed up our booking and we were looking for a hotel in the peak season where the prices are doubled for a Saturday.

Good budget hotel in Shimla

Good room for this price, rather clean and comfortable. All interesting places are in walking distance.

Climb to the hotel. But this is not a problem for this particular hotel, but for the whole area.

I book a room on booking.com but when I reached at hotel they did not provide room.The answer was that room is not available.Very bad experience.Never book this hotel,s room.

Diabolical!

Nothing.

After booking, we were initially asked via booking.com message to bank transfer a deposit. I explained I could do this but needed more information as it would be an international payment. I sent a few messages and never got a response. We arrived around 8 pm in bad weather to be told they had no room. After showing my reservation, they said they had 1 room. They showed us, and it had no shower. They promised they would give us a better room the following morning. We were woken up to loud music and lots of noise around 7am. When we asked when we could change rooms, we were then told no more rooms available and asked if we wanted another hotel. We paid for 1 night and checked out and found a much better hotel round the corner. We are budget travellers, so don't expect too much, but this was just shocking behaviour. My advice would be to avoid booking this hotel.
