Staff were beautiful. So lovely no matter the time of the day and willing to help with any needs. Location was superb, walking distance from everything you need in Legian. Pool facilities were great, breakfast didnt have the largest range but enough to satisfy your need. Aircon was great too

The shower pressure was horrible, really the only complaint I had

Excellent location, x2 pools, choice of old school Bali accommodation and more modern. Hotel on par with price.

Location was good, close to restaurants and shopping Cleaning staff were nice

Really run down and dirty. Bathrooms were smelly and had mould and God knows what on the shower screens Roof top pool area is about 5years past its renovation time and the staff there are very inattentive if you are not sitting in the pool smashing down Bintangs. 2 days in a row no towels in a POOL! Breakfast was limited and boring with same staff other than 1 or 2 dishes per day. Pumpkin soup for breakfast 5 out of 7 days Poor reception on very old TV Large gap between balcony door and outside made mosquitos a constant hassle Very small bar fridge Front of house staff not very friendly

Reviews are really bad on google about mould in showers, on curtains and windows Uncomfortable beds and dated noisy unclean rooms I did not risk staying at this 3 star hotel and getting sick as I was traveling alone Cleanliness is my no 1 My fault for not researching prior to booking and losing my nonrefundable payment
