Staff were friendly. Location was very good. Breakfast spread was very nice

Well the hotel charged us a lot. But it was a disappointment. The hotel corridor was stinking. They put some room fresheners (diffusers), but it was not working. The room was a total turn off. You can see in the photo that it was a wierd arrangement. The TV was facing away from the bed. The couch, table were stained. Why the hell did I pay for a five star hotel? Will never stay there again.

Friendly Staff, room OK?

They are re-decorating and modifiying the hotel. Allthough it is well announced, it disturbs a bit from time to time, during daytime. But not that much also.

Disappointing

The noise from 08:30 was unbearable. I asked a concierge manager where it was coming from but he acted like there wasnt

Location is great, I always stay at the Diamond Hotel across the street but I thought Id try the New Coast, other than new owners, please tell me what is NEW? Cant wait to get back to the Diamond

The constant construction noise. Breakfast was predominantly Asian. The place is tired and in need of upgrade, I suggest you close and carry out the work without inconveniencing the guest. Thank you to the security guard that stood in the street, in the rain trying to hail me a cab, for 25 minutes so I could get to the airport, only for his supervisor, (guy in the blue barong) to give it to 4 other guests that had just walked out from the lobby, they were embarrassed and apologised, but still took my cab. I guess guest that have checked out are no longer a priority???
