Exceptional hotel and service!

This was our second visit to Istanbul and decided to return to the Nerion hotel .Excellent location within walking distance from the main sights and a few steps from the tram. Amazing service the reason why we decided to return.The hotel pays attention to detail and give a fantastic service.The breakfast is super with plenty of choices.Dadash in reception is so helpful and professional .Staff at breakfast go above and beyond to serve you, excellent service from Mehmet ,Cemal and a young girl whose name I didnt get. I cant recommend this hotel enough!

Loved it, would easily recommend

The service is superb from the moment you walk in. The staff is welcoming and eager to help. The breakfast is delicious and includes lots of variety. And wonderful views from the restaurant on top!

The perfect choice - A tkletes vlaszts

Everithing was perfect: the location of the hotel is perfect :close to everything: attractions, bazaar, subway, tram T1. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The spa,pool was nice and clean. The free tea and coffee really good after the bath. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. The staff was polite and kind, especially Dadash, the receptionist, willingly helped with everything. Thank you. Next time we come, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

It would have been nice if the whirlpool water had been warmer. it was cold to sit in it.

A well located neat and clean hotel with polite staff and good breakfast.

The hotel is in the city center, walking distance from main attractions. I am impressed by polite staff especially on the reception.

Wonderful Hotel in the heart of the old town.

Everything! The room, bed, staff, spa breakfast..... absolutely brilliant. All staff were so helpful and attentive and really went the extra mile. We had supper most nights in the rooftop restaurant, food was of very high standard with the exceptional views. Highly recommended
