Bad experience

Breakfast was poor. Bed and pillows uncomfortable Location very far from center we were told restaurant was closed after we paid for the reservation

Overall, a great hotel

The hotel location from milan by car is 20 minutes. But be careful because its 50 minutes by bus and metro so rent a car. Good rooms size , free parking with charging station. rich breakfast. The outside sitting area is very cozy and nice especially for warm days. The stuff is great especially at reception. Very helpful.

Family rooms could be bigger for the price.

Cleaning.was so bad hey in every part of my bed and room very dirty Day after my arrive I say to reception was happen and the result was my bed in bad condition like a spite Never happened before but there was expecting some from the reception when I checked out nothing

Superb

I really enjoyed this hotel, and I will be back once Im next time in Milan. It a good price so you can save a lot not s

God value for money. Its our second stay here and I really like this hotel. The beds and linen are very comfortable, everything is clean.

There was bit of a smell in the bathroom coming from sewerage or pipes, but it was gone the next day

The rooms were nice and clean.Staff was friendly.The location is good if you have a car but i think the bus station was near too.The hotel was next to the road so it was easy to acces and find.

The breakfast was poor more sweets than other things.

Nice stay in Milan

The receptionist was very polite to us, spoke good English and the hotel room was clean and white. We didn`t pay for breakfast so don`t know how that is. The showers are good too.

It is not exactly in a central area, so be prepared for bus and metro travels, which work super well in Milan. The location is the only thing we didn`t like so much about this hotel.

The staff was extra nice, they helped us get around and it's near a supermarket and the metro station.

Nice & Quiet

Everything was as advertised. Nice and polite staff, speaking English. Location is also good, though not in Milan. Didn't realise that, but very good transport links. Takes about 30 mins to central Milan and Duomo. It is also very quiet for a good sleep. Breakfast was also good.

Nothing that springs to mind.
