Disappointing

A pathetic and uncomfortable stay

The location is good with easy excess on foot to shops and reasturents around .Mr Ahmed at the reception when we reached, he was very helping and has got pleasant personality and facilitated us well when we asked to change the room. Two room cleaners shohid and habib did good job in cleaning the room

We booked the triple room but instead they give us a one bed room suite which we have to changed because of broken sofa cum bed. The other room was same size .the furniture was old and carpet was very dirty. The sink was not draining water and we have to wait until next day morning till 10.30am for the plumber to come and fix. The bath shower was broken as well which they changed the next day as well. The worse scenario was when I was taking shower the whole water comes out if the washroom floor drain and it was flooded. So our whole day was ruined waiting for the hotel management to fix. They unclog the drain later. I asked for the manager but he didn't showed up. I asked to change the room as well but they didn't care. I understand that it's rush season for hotels due to tourists but they are already charging quite a heavy price and in return pathetic facilities. Comparing the price I paid it was not worth than a 2 star hotel. But as I paid the full amount in advance I don't have any choice.the parking area is very small and they parked my car somewhere else and next day when they bring it, it was full of birds feces and I have to take it for wash. This hotel is not worth for booking. Com. It will give the bad impression to your reputation.

Very poor

This is the second time i stay here and it was much worse.

Location

Value for money. Stayed in same room I stayed before but was charged more and the staff claimed it was a superior room. TV Remotes and electric sockets were not working all the time and staff seemed to not care.

Ok for a short stay

Beds were huge. Location is great and walkable to rolla and nearby shopping strips. We stayed only for a night before our flight.

Room felt a big congested. Check in was long and the front desk staff appeared clueless.

Very good

A great stay.Affordable and comfortable.Close to Al Jubail bus station with buses heading to Dubai.

The room is large, comfortable with a high ceiling. Cleanliness is good. All the staff are kind and professional. The catering and service is very good. The location is really covenient, just 15 minutes walk from Al Jubail bus station with buses to Dubai in 30min to 1 hour journey.

I didn't find anything negative about this establishment. For a comfortable stay, the hotel is excellent. I just hope that when possible, the establishment renews the interior decoration of its rooms. Otherwise it is a very good hotel.

Terrible experience with being scammed

Price, thats it

Awful experience, i guess i had expectations of this place. Hot water was running extremely slow, it took ages to shower. Bathroom was not that clean, but it was manageable. What was not manageable is having gym and not possibility to use it 24/7. Depending on stuff, they were refusing to give me the keys. And whats the biggest problem, they charged me 225 AED (58) without my approval. And when asking the stuff to refund it, they didnt have knowledge of charging it. They hotel doesnt respond to my messages. Overall, stay away from this scammers. Definitely NOT recommended. Its not worth it

Staff were polite and helpful Good price. Car park is free. We just booked room. Basic room but fit for purpose.

Some damp in the room which may affect some people but was fine for us as was on ceiling.

Pleasant

Nice stay however you get what you pay for

- Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have enough towels and they provided it in a timely fashion. The room's telephone had to be replaced and this was done efficiently. - Compared to hotels in Dubai this hotel was very affordable. - The size and confort of the bed was very good - definitely of a 5-star quality!! - There is a lovely Indian restaurant 30 meters down the street where we had breakfast. - Several convience stores are within 50 meters of walking if you can bear the heat.

- Sharjah is not the same as Dubai. Do not expect any opulence. This is also the case with this hotel. The photos do not match the experience. - Location is further out from Dubai then expected. Roads in Sharjah are not as good. Travelling to the hotel in peak hour traffic is not pleasent. - We could park our car at the hotel but the car park is small and staff had to continuously move cars throughout the day and evening. - Unfortunately our room had mildew build-up on the ceiling that needed to be cleaned immediately.
