Very deceptive advertising

The people running it were fine but after I had paid almost $600 for 3 nights asks for $45 more that had to be paid in cash. No other person asked for that from me in Italy. The beds were awful. I couldn't wait to leave. They were so tiny you couldn't move without feeling like you were falling off the bed. The shower was good pressure but small.

Their photos of food looked wonderful. I was hoping for a warm cup of coffee in the morning. Nada. The dining area was deserted and freezing cold . I have stayed at better hostels in Eastern Europe.

Superb

Excellent location near Piazza Navona, there are many streets with restaurants, cafes, shops all around. All historical monuments are accessible on foot. On the roof there is a beautiful large terrace overlooking the whole of Rome. Matteo and the other staff were friendly and helped with everything.

I didn't find any problem.
