We booked this room at around 18k bucks for 2 days Location is not good Rooms are toooo small Bathroom shuru hote khatam!! Breakfast was included in our package but they were not having a buffet Each day they had fixed menu of 2 dishes!! That is really something that customer doesnt expects when he is paying 9k for one day!! While checking out the staff behaviour was pretty much rude. They quoted while looking at the watch: right now its 10:10, you have to checkout by 10:30 and that the ultimatum!!

Gorgeous place with incredible staff

The view is incredible and there are two different floors to eat food and have a drink. The staff are incredibly helpful; we needed assistance booking tickets for the next leg of our journey and they completely saved us. Very sweet and kind and helpful people. The location is perfect it is quiet but still very close and scenic walk to all the main places you will want to go.

I wouldnt recommend staying in the ground floor. The rooms are near the reception and front door so its noisy. We moved rooms to the floor above and it was much nicer and very quiet.

The view is just a scam. Its the view of a lake which has been converted into dumping ground by surrounding properties. So you will get a strong stench around it. They have not added pictures of the bathroom because that is worse. The flush and hand shower were leaking entire night. They have charged 2.5k extra for breakfast which just had 3 options: paratha, sandwiches, tea/coffee. I was expecting a full fledged buffet at this price.

An overall excellent stay

We were very happy with our stay here. It turned out to be an excellent small hotel with truly outstanding customer service. We were there nearly a week and ate at their restaurant often as it had such a good variety and standard of food - and beautiful views. The location was very good - its in a peaceful neighborhood but easy and pleasant walking distance to the busy areas. Our room was very comfortable and clean with an amazing view over the lake. Overall it offers great value for money and we highly recommend.

He had some little problems with hot water and the shower wasnt working well.

The room is spacious and nicely setup with a diwan beside the window overlooking the lake.

The photos paint an incomplete picture of the hotel. Don't get carried away. The food was subpar. They advertise their bistro as the best in the area but both my dinner and breakfast were unsatisfactory The location is right next to the lake. However the hotel itself is not located in a clean neighborhood. Walk through it was not very enjoyable. The bathroom fittings are also not great.

A perfect find

A totally wonderful experience staying here for 3 nights. From my very first enquiry, Karan was communicative and bent over backwards to make sure I (and other guests) wanted for nothing. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, the lake facing room was totally delightful and the restaurant in a beautiful location, high up overlooking the lake. Food was excellent. I really can't think of a single negative. It's not located in the thick of it, but that makes it really peaceful, and you're only a 1.50 Tuk Tuk away from City Palace and all the action! I will return with my husband!

Very nice and kind people. Excellent views. Good location. Clean room and good overall ambiance.

The water in the bathroom was dirty. Couldnt complete my bath properly. Bathroom flush was not working properly. Except these issues (which I was told are temporary), I would give this property 10/10.

Very good choice!

Natural Lake View Unusual I chose the hotel because of its location outside the old town and that was a good decision. It was pleasantly quiet in the hotel and after a ten minute walk I was in the old town. I recommend the lake view rooms. Meals are served on the roof terrace and you can also enjoy the view of the lake. Everything is super clean and tastefully decorated. The staff is particularly noteworthy. All employees are friendly and helpful. And nothing else was too much for them. I can highly recommend this hotel and if I come back to Udaipur one day, I will definitely stay at the Natural Lake View Hotel.
