This place needed a revamp 10 years ago

This property is extremely dirty, there is mould throughout the bathroom. The beds are so hard, the aircons dont work, the pool is extremely run down and dangerous, they dont clean your room daily they only make the bed and change the towels nothing gets wiped down or mopped/vacuumed, bathroom shower drains dont work. We stayed here with four other couples and each of our rooms were horrendous. This is a 2 star resort at best

Staffs at restaurant were very nice. Staffs at reception were not helpful. Asked for a stroller for rental, no one helped. I had to look for one by myself.

Room full of dust, AC not working. Not enough light in the room, broken old taps in bathroom, water pressure not good in bathroom. Not enough variety on breakfast buffet.

This resort doesn't deserve a 4-star rating; it's barely reaching a 3-star standard.

What I liked the most was the expansive area of the resort. It was a beautifully open space with a few picturesque locations perfect for taking photos. The pool was quite large and enjoyable. I booked two deluxe rooms, and they were sufficiently spacious, each with a small veranda in front.

The primary issue with this resort was the apparent neglect of maintenance. The images displayed on the Booking.com website seem to have been captured during the initial stages of the resort's operation. My friend and I reserved a total of three deluxe double twin rooms, and unfortunately, all the bathroom doors were broken, making it impossible to lock them from the inside. This situation was quite distressing. Despite informing the reception, the attempts to repair the doors were unsuccessful. On one occasion, my daughter was startled to find a cockroach inside the toilet, leading to a rather unpleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered was monotonous, with the same items served every day.

I didnt like any thing ! I booked it but when I reached there they said we dont have room which you booked . They said we have smaller room with very very dim lights. The staff was very disappointing. And the hotel also is very bad. There are empty rooms there I can see but they said you have to pay more. Its was 1 am at night when I reached there after 7 hours flight from oman but they didn't care. They don't know english also. I suggest every one to find another option as it's not seems like photos.

Other than room accessories and condition the hotel is good to stay. They should improve the room facilities.

They have plenty of spaces to move around. The location is really good and noise free. The pool area was good.

The room was not in good condition. The broken door. Bathroom condition was terrible. The water flow of bathroom was very poor. Toiletries were very poor. Extra bed was so uncomfortable.

Dont book a budget room if you are looking to stay in this property.

The location was good, the day staff was helpful

The room was just like a lodge, I dont know who gave this hotel a 4 Star rating. In actual the rooms were of the category of 2 star hotel. The staff at night was not at all helpful. The breakfast was bad. My ac was leaking water and had to call them 3 times to clean my room.
