The best place to stay in Chiang Mai

We stayed at five hotels during our trip in Thailand, and Na BaanYa was definitely the best! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, they helped us with anything we needed, we loved playing with the dogs, and we even got free snacks. The room itself was really comfortable, and this was the only hotel where the AC wasn't directed at the bed, making it possible to use it at night.

Very good place to stay in Chiang Mai

- the breakfast was good, there were a lot of choices available - it was very clean - the personel was very nice - great location

- there wasnt a safe box available to use - there wasnt a wardrobe/chest of drawers available so the room was a bit messy with all our stuff in it - the WiFi connection was breaking

Wonderful 9 nights stay at Ya Ya hotel!

Customer service is amazing and excellent. Dream and the cute young lady (the receptionists) always greet us with a cheery smile and asked us about our day. Not only a receptionist but also concierge too giving us advice on activities and helping us book an elephant sanctuary tour and cooking lessons. These were same price as if we did ourselves but it was nice to have Dream do the booking in Thai for us. There is a young man who is na very helpful person. The hotel is 4 stories without an elevator and he will help carry your luggage up and down the stairs. He is always smiling and asking if he can help us. The staff are super nice, kind and friendly, they treat you feel like part of the family. The hotel is modern, warm, clean in great walking location distance to everything. Comfortable bed with two pillows per guest. Our room have a small balcony and a clothes drying rack. The room is daily stocked up with couple glass bottle of water, coke and snacks. There are bicycles available for guest to borrow. Delicious Thai & western home cook meal for breakfast. Every day the variety of dishes are rotated daily. Overall comments: Na Baan ya feel like home sweet home a nice cozy hotel just outside the old city; easy walking distance to lots of local markets, restaurants and cultural sites; and most of all, great staff that are welcoming and will ensure your stay is memorable.

Great place to stay in Chisng Mai

We had a great stay at Na BaanYa! The owner and staff are very friendly, the room was nice and clean and the location was great, close to the center of chiang mai but still quiet. My boyfriend even got gluten free bread for breakfast! Beds are comfortable with multiple pillows and the shower is great.

Just a suggestion, it would be helpful to have a "vegetarian" sign at the breakfast buffet.

Excellent Stay with a lot of value for your money

An excellent hotel with very friendly staff, the best hotel I've stayed at in Chiang Mai, and that includes top-rated hotels. A nice gesture to ensure that there is instant coffee available, and a small bag of chips, nuts and cookies and no extra cost. The cleaning was top notch and the host was very helpful. Will come back.

Maybe a little variation in the breakfast buffet.
