Pleasant

Bijo and his team were very helpful, attentive and friendly. And that sort of made up for the deficiencies.

Wonderful location and surroundings!

Glasses/Dishes were not properly clean. Bathroom Taps leaking / not working properly. If you have old people, accessibility is a problem - the short route to the rooms is steep, no hand rails and uneven steps - my mom and dad had to be helped each step of the way.

Dinner was wonderful. Guided cardamom tour.

It was so overpriced for the experience. Lacking any atmosphere. Felt quite overlooked by staff while eating etc.

Superb

As the name says "Mystical" place.

The ambience was wonderful, you can spend an entire day just in the resort premise itself. Staffs are really good. Food was really good but a bit expensive. Best time to visit will be right after the monsoon season (August -September).

it was a peaceful and calm place with excellent staff!! the staff made our stay comfortable and memorable.

nothing specific but it could be upgraded in the amenities that are available. the BBQ is a good idea but could be improved on. the signage to the property could be better

Very good

Truly mystic experience!

Excellent location, freshly prepared food , homely and tasty. Bit options are limited for food. The staff are well mannered and helpful, especially Shubham Sharma , one of the staff member was too good and took care to attend to our each and every request.

Because of the location in the middle of estate, and there is natural stream of water and rock through the middle of the property, it needs regular maintenance. Room heater or drier should be provided. Not enough dust bins are kept in and around the property and estate area. Cloth hangers to be provided in every room.
