The overall experience was very positive.

Stayed in two interconnected Deluxe Pool View rooms. The overall experience was very positive. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, with a professional and attentive staff that stands out for their extreme politenessa definite highlight of the hotel. The rooms we occupied were notably spacious. However, one room had a slight issue with a damp smell. The hotel promptly offered us the option to move to another room, but we opted not to, as we weren't ready to pack-unpack again. While the pool area is relatively small, it was never overly crowded. The breakfasts, though somewhat repetitive, consistently offered good-quality food. The hotel's proximity to the beach and various restaurants, bars, and other amenities within walking distance adds to its appeal.

Seriously terrible front desk

Front desk was playing mobile game instead of checking us in, this is the first and worst ever experience I ever encounter from a hotel. Once I said i will make a complain and the staff immediately check us in. We've stay through countless of hotel and this is seriously the worst, and for the hotel management team, if you guys really appreciate your business and customers, do take a serious note of this particular front desk staff.
