1. Location was great-in a quiet part of Sukhumvit with a 7 Eleven just beside it. 2. On request, I was upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony. (Room 1229) 3. The Happy Chocolate Hour between 4-5PM was a great bonus, specially for my daughter. 4. Free tuktuk ride to Terminal 21 from the hotel every 30 min. 5. 1200THB equivalent of shopping discount vouchers for Terminal 21 due to Christmas and New Year.

1. The solar panel light in the room balcony did not work and after repeated requests to fix it, they finally said it would not be possible for them to fix it. Pity we couldn't enjoy the balcony at night. Room 1229. 2. The breakfast was just above average-could've been better. 3. The tall concierge staff outside was quite rude- other staff were quite nice and friendly.

Great location, comfortable hotel

The room was quite large and comfortable, especially the bed in comparison to some other beds I've slept in in Thailand that seem to be quite hard. This one was a little less firm. There was an AC leak during my stay, which dripped water into my room. The hotel manager quickly made sure it was fixed and that I was taken care of, which was really nice.

While the breakfast was a buffet, all of the food was cold. I'd recommend getting some food warmers.
