It's a bit far from the town centre, although you can take a taxi or songthaew

Superb

The resort was great with many facilities and the privet pool villa was wonderful. Both the room and the bathroom were big and spacious. The private pool is big enough and it has a nice garden to sit at. The spa treatment was good with a privet room for couples. Both the Thai and western restaurants were delicious. The chocolate hour was great idea to enjoy variety of chocolate and ice cream for free.

There was a lot of insects with various types. It was a little scary that we found a snake at the garden. The doors can not properly closed, it needs maintenance specially with the presence of many insects.

Great potential and very relaxing atmosphere, but maybe more control on ants in the restaurant area.

1. High CP value for the price to get a full villa. 2. Staff are well trained and can speak good English. They are also very quick in response to requests. 3. The villa may look old, but interior deco is new and well maintained. 4. Villa buildings are carefully arranged to provide full privacy. 5. Given so many plants, mosquitoes and bugs are well controlled to the minimum in the villa rooms. 6. Housemaids are very responsive and accomodating to provide thorough cleaning of the villa.

1. Private pool is small, more like a small pond. 2. The front villa gate can't fully close. 3. Breakfast choice is somewhat limited and using cast iron pots may look sophisticated, but seem abit heavy. Suggestion is to label foods that are spicy. 4. Restaurant area should clean more, because my girlfriend and I have noticed ants at the egg station and bread baskets. 5. The hotel has no beachfront, only an artificially created sand area. 6. The pillows are somewhat not fluffy, they crumble after sleeping the long night and become not supportive.

Staffs were exceptional in every way, always helpful and accommodating to our family traveling with a small child. Chocolates hour is exceptional indulgence

Booking experience. As a 5 star resort outside the city, breakfast should be included by default and not made optional. We were misled by booking.com to believe breakfast was included and later found out at the reception it wasnt. The reservation manager after some discussion gave us back the breakfast option. However, this is simply not expected package for a 5 star resort and more of a budget hotel.

Amaizing and quit resort. Big rooms, We book 3 nights at stayed 6 more Quit area nothing next, we like that. The resort have a shattel to the night market. Frendly stuff.

First time here and love it! Will definitely visit again!

Accommodation = Excellent. Very comfy bed, large and clean bathroom area, room smell also made me very relax Dining = Good. Kam Phu restaurant is a perfect place for breakfast with a sea view. Bann Dum restaurant seafood was also very delicious and not too expensive. Services = Staffs and services are excellent. Facilities = Great. I didn't use the main pool but it looks great. But the private pool in the villa is better than I expected. Gym also available 24/7 which is great. Access = Good location. Whether you want to visit nearby place like Venezia Hua Hin or seafood restaurant in Cha-Am or Hua Hin town, the hotel location is between them.

- You might have to prepare for the mosquito. Not that much but better be prepared if you plan to stay outside to play in the pool at night. - The tools in the gym (fitness) are too few (nothing for abs exercises) but I guess it's fit the number of guest who's actually using it.
