The perfect place to go for relaxing and being in touch with the nature.

Mutiara resort have everything we been looking for. Quiet, natural environment, beach front with with a beautiful landscape. Perfect place to disconnect and relax. The room was perfect for us, with sea view on the front and river view at the back, we slept so good during our stay. The staff was so kind and always available. The food was good too. And cant miss the Spa experience on the river!! What a great experience.

Perfect immersion in the nature by the beach, a short ride from bitch society...

Two beautiful dogs always coming to see me at breakfast and at the beach made the best company ! And, absolutely unbelievable, the books collection at the mini library at the breakfast floor-sitting place: no 5 star hotel in the world would offer the book of Mandelbrot "Fractal Geometry of Nature" and few other gems of true culture and science... a true surprise !

Sand flies... but what to do, they are part of nature, just be prepared...

Peace and quiet, great food and a gorgeous beach!

I love this place and I keep coming back. Its a haven of peace and quiet and beauty in the midst of raw nature. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the massages are the best I ever had. The food is slow-cooked with locally sourced ingredients and just gorgeous! I slept like a baby at Mutiara!

Relaxing but basic

The property was surrounded by nature, it was very relaxing. The massages were great!

The sea was a little dirty and the tide was so far out that it wasnt great for swimming. Nothing they could control but we were bitten alive by sandflies despite wearing spray.

Lovely stay in the non-touristy area of Bintan - perfect getaway!

Fantastic quiet (aside from the fishing boats) eco resort, nothing like the club med versions on the island. We loved it, being in a beautiful little open bungalow steps from the beach, spending our time on the quiet beach. Spa was beautiful and the massage was great and very professional. All contact with the owner was great and very helpful. Food was good and clean. Coconuts were fabulous!

Perhaps a few misunderstandings with the staff (likely lost in translation) when ordering food and booking activities. The beach has lots of hungry sand flies (no fault of the resorts - just for information, bring lots of mosquito spray).

We stayed one night at the hotel and both the food and the service were excellent.

The location was very good and within walking distance to Trikora Beach. Breakfast and dinner were both very tasty. And the customer service was excellent.

We had an amazing time and will definitely be visiting again!

Authentic & cosy, feel like youre in nature with the beach on your doorstep! Everything was spotless!

Nothing - just need to be mindful of the bugs and protect yourself from mosquitos (the resort provides you with bug spray etc)

Liked the friendly staff, the gorgeous beach, and the back to basics hut accommodation (traditional style). Quite isolated from busy areas, we had the whole beach to ourselves. The Sat night bonfire was nice too. If you're looking for a peaceful and beautiful place, this is it. If you prefer partying or luxury, look elsewhere. Great value for money, recommend it.
