Disappointing

Not what we expected for the money. The owner isnt maintaining this property.

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make the stay pleasant.

Dated, worn, 2* property. A long way from the town centre. Very few shuttle services so taxis needed constantly.

Exceptional

Loved the village and the things to do on the campus. You can never be bored at the Silk village. Everyone on staff was so accomodating and easy to work with in coordinating airport pickups. Everything was wonderful for us!

good stay minus the bad attitude of the staff

The villa size and its amenities

The staff were poorly trained ,have an attitude and need to work on this part . They need to learn what being courteous means while in the hospitality industry. Front office staff to housekeeping ALL have a bad attitude . For instance When the shower gel was asked to be refilled,housekeeping asked us to borrow from the next door ! Im speechless with this attitude.
