Exceptional

Exceptional - an oasis

This place was amazing - everywhere you looked was perfectly manicured and clean. The facilities were exceptional, the prices were extremely reasonable and the staff could not be more helpful. In particular, we really enjoyed the cocktail bar in the pool and found the service top notch. The resort is some way away from anything else, but you don't need to leave and it means that the beach is completely private and you are away from any hustle and bustle. We also went to the spa and had one of the best massages for one of the cheapest prices we found in Vietnam. The overall experience was very relaxing - we only wish we had stayed longer!

Nice hotel with great customer experience

Great customer service, particularly from Ms. Tm of the restaurant. She not only has good manner but also cares about the guest. Knowing my friend was unwell she showed her care and offered ginger tea.

Great place to spend a weekend. Couldnt really figure out the shower as no hot water came out, but wasnt a huge issue due to the hot weather. We were just lazy to ask.

Everything was lovely, the staff were friendly and service was great. The prices on the menu were reasonable. Everything was very well maintained and clean. The location is very good however it is further out of the town, perfect if youre looking for a relaxing stay.

Engineering team making noice with machinery when playing tennis, that is not acceptable, I spent lots of money to bring coach from outside to enjoy tennis but experience very bad, breakfast is not 4 star at all, must improve

Not too shabby.

The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds!! Breakfast is really good with lots of options. Staff are friendly. Food and drinks are well priced.

Low water pressure, no hot water only slightly warm. Kids area is really great, however having to pay for it is quite a downer....
