Exceptional

The location, the staff, cleanliness, people whom I met were superb and my whole experience was what I liked a lot. They have sand dunes stay also available which was very nice as the owners dad handles that location and help me to arrange things that werent even in the package.

Nothing was there of what I could complaint off, the staff was very helpful in all the things they guided me very well

Not value for money

I liked the hotel's prime location near Jaisalmer Fort, providing a captivating view of the heritage site from the rooftop, especially at night.

Disappointed with the cleanliness and functionality of the rooms and bathrooms during my stay. The location seems to lack proper maintenance, likely exacerbated by the transient nature of the crowd in this hostel-style accommodation. The absence of room service and limited facilities contribute to an overall unorganized environment, particularly unsuitable for families.

Located near the fort, Great view from the Terrace, Staff was very kind and courteous, food was great too

All the lockers in the girls dorm were broken so it was very difficult to safeguard the belonging. The bathroom was small and had a water clogging issue. So, I didn't like the room. There is no water cooler available for dorms. You have to ask kitchen staff to refill the bottle

I loved the atmosphere and would totally recommend this hotel! The stuff are very nice and accommodating!

Very nice stuff and a beautiful room

The hot water takes long to reach but with a little patience you get a really warm and steamy shower.

Very good

The experience at Hotel was more than our expectations. Returned with all smiles.

Location; looks of the hotel as well as the room. Hospitality, particularly because I travelled during Diwali, and the party was thrown by the owner.

The restaurant had long waiting period. Cleaning of rooms had to be requested, and was not on its own. Availability of hot water in bathroom too was time restricted.

Owner went above and beyond, would definitely come back!

The owner went above and beyond! They upgraded the room which was beautiful and spacious. Booked us a desert safari that they run for sunset that was amazing. The common areas are gorgeous. Location is great, the main entrance to the fort is a 5 min walk, all in all great experience and would definitely recommend.

Very good

Really comfy bed and spacious room/bathroom! Amazing hot water shower!! Everything was clean and tidy.

The walls were quite thin/we could hear a lot through the door so were waken up by the staff chatting or playing music in the main area but this wasnt too much of a disturbance.
