Room was ok in-terms of cleanliness but size was bigger. Property staff MR. Anas took really good care of us. He went out of the way to make us comfortable. Genuine guy

good experience. The staff is very friendly. Worth for money. They arrange the travels for the Ooty sight seeing.awsome mountain view..night campfire available.

You can see the mountain view from inside the bedroom.. The scene in the morning is cool. It is fully myst.. There is a balcony.. the room is clean.. you should not expect more. Breakfast and dinner is available.. but not included in the room price.. Our stay was awesome.. Most recommended this property..

Place urgently require a renovation. Pics shown on booking.com are way different from actuals.

Staff provided good support. Helped me order food for my family from a nearby restaurant (while we were discussing whether to stay there or not, ultimately we had to leave the place).

Hi, I had to cancel my stay at mountain view cottage after I noticed that the quality of the rooms were disappointing. Rooms were full of Flys, Dust, Unclean towels and seriously low on cleanliness. I had to move out of this place because it was not appropriate for a family (i was traveling with my two small kids).I asked for full refund, but received only half of the money spend on booking. In the end , i simply had to pay a cancellation fee of 2.5 K just because the room was blocked by me. Feel a little unfair as I had blocked the room after seeing the pics on booking.com ( actual condition of the room did not match the pictures, they were far worst).

Disappointing

Very poor stay.

There are number of defects in cottage. Bathroom door lock in not working. Baloney door handle brocken. No towels and no bathroom accessories provided as three star cottage do. One single attainder. Very poor kitchen accessories. It is not worth as they charged in online booking.
