Not expected level great staff

It was a great experience having good service room service, other services great location , I recommend only having good location apart any hotel in Kandy.

I have booked through booking.com but in booking.com amount and the hotel has make me uncomfortable the checking out time beacuse of the amounts . We booked 24th check in and 25th checked out we thought it was special buffet on 24th beacuse of Christmas eve but it was very basic basic dinner buffet and 25th breakfast also very basic I have informed one of the staff member in the hotel fruit juice also stale then after they have mixed with some lime and get it back it was very bad experience when it comes to breakfast time , staff members are very friendly but management should consider these situations and all customers expecting more than other days like "Christmas days"

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Foods were delicious and met lovely staff.

Nice location with lovely surroundings. Also, friendly staff.

Bath towels should be checked and change to have good quality ones.

Great potential

The view from the hotel is excellent!

The service was a little bit slow on the first day, probably because we came after 7 pm, but anyway, we expected to be better perpetrated to greet guests. There were no hot water. The day after they managed to fix it. The food needs significant improvement.
