Excellent hotel for a visit to Zurich. Perfect location and value for money.

Stylish, warm, terrific bar, excellent staff.

Weekend breakfast a bit chaotic. Staff could have been more proactive clearing tables to deal with the queues quickerprobably more staff needed at this time.

The hotel is only 7 mins walk to the main train station. It is also close to Zurich lake. Good food, nice bar lounge

No elevator or helping staff for the rooms in ground floor and it's really very difficult to carry your luggages from the stairs. Also there we no minibars, even a bottle of water was not in the room.

Staff friendly, able to leave luggage, was in a great location, nice lobby area

No kettle I understand that they label themselves as a budget hotel therefore no kettle but then they have other things such as 24 hours bar why not just give everyone a kettle and scrap the 24 hour bar.
