Superb

A great place to relax. So serene. Huge villa. Masterbedroom was super spacious with great view. Breakfast buffet spread was superb. Love the Montigo Wellness Spa. Buggy service was always available although we prefer walking. Staffs were very polite.

The mattress was a bit too soft for me. There's a problem with the shower water pressure. It was inconsistent.

Overall a pleasant stay with sumptuous daily buffet breakfast.

Spacious Villa with private pool

Some of Villa wall was sweating water. Water ponding in living hall after heavy down pour. Indoor gym was not available. Resort reception under renovation. Water sports not available due low tide or bad weather.

Overall , Enjoy our stay , we love the buggy ride. Twin room fan control speed only high mode

Breakfast well spread , Sambosa, sprnig roll , Poridge,, murtabak, many choices of bread , hash brown .waffles and energy drink

To upgrade qua;lity taste of roti kirai, , nasi goreng , mee goreng, omellete, teh tarik,and juices not fresh,.

Good for a break away from home.

Breakfast was good with a great variety of choices as was the private pool in the villa.

There were leaks in some part of the villa when it rained.

Will come back if food is more affordable and tasty .

I like the spacious room and friendly staff.

Properties need to be maintain regularly. Bathtub cant get enough hot water. Bathroom has a bad drainage smell. Both a/c on first level cant keep cool during the hot afternoon. Top level door is not working well, cant open, and something is probably dead in the pile of cushion stack messy in the corner.

At first, the view I had for room confirmed and the service from the staffs in resort.

The quality check of apartment in terms of housekeeping and electrical are bad during my 4 D3N stays which we had to move to 3 times on daily basis for items discovered and unable to fix them. Last 2 villas that they moved us have bad water leakages in it and paddles of waters seep from ceilings , near electrical wirings and cause the floorings to be wet and moldy. Toilets have pungent smells also

Memorable! Will return!

A SUPERB experience with Montigo @ Batam! Great experiences and memories formed there, and will definitely be back there for vacation. Very friendly staff (especially Lestari & Welly). We were all greeted professionally, and with their constant smiles and positive attitude and approach, we felt very welcomed and it feels really nice :) During the stay, with buggy services, its very convenient. And not to mention, the interior of the 3 Bedroom Villa that we booked, ITS IMPRESSIVE! We have nice staff for house keeping (Erwin & Team - Antoni, Albar, Dindro & Agung) Went to their KTV lounge too, served great food (packaged with pizzas & finger food), fun events like air gun shooting, etc. Overall, very nice people. Fantastic ambience, and a great leave to visit for vacation! :) see you soon again, Montigo :) thanks again Lestari & Welly
