The view from the patio, the front desk staff and the valet attendants.

The room I was in this visit #806 - upon entering the room had a stale odor, the window in the living room was cracked, the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, the toilet tissue holder was missing and the toilet seat was broken/ missing a screw as it was not stable.

I had an ocean front room. The view was fabulous.

Room was in disrepair. Vanity mirror in bathroom was torn off the wall. Toilet paper holder was broken. No soap in bathroom. Furniture was chipped, cheap. Employees nice, but not well trained. Two TVs on two different systems. The tech person didnt know how to work the TVs. Owner had to come by to provide instructions. If printed instructions were left in the room, all confusion could have been avoided. Midway thru my stay I noticed the refrigerator had been moved into the center of the room. Who moved it? No dressers provided . I stayed for a week, no housekeeping was provided. Often, just one of three elevators were working; elevator wait time was as long as 10-15 minute . Engineering and housekeeping staff rode the same elevators with their large carts taking up space forcing guest to wait for the one working elevator to return again.

views were nice and all, two pools available

being charged to put your car away by valet after midnight almost as if we got a curfew or something the fact that its valet only so you cant just go park wherever youd like

The apartment was comfortable and everything was very clean.

I think it's over priced. The pools were not heated not even the jacuzzi. That's the whole point of a jacuzzi. It was tok windy and cold to get in the pool. So there was nothing else to do? Over priced!!!

It's all about the location, the scenery was exceptional. The fact that there was an entire kitchen and laundry facilities was perfect.

I once stayed Monte Carlo and found it to be fantastic. However, the property has since deteriorated due to poor maintenance.
