Amazing staff with positive attitudes at all times, really helpful doorman who carries our luggage to reception. wonderful reception team. If we had an issue, theyd send help right away

Ive stayed in much better rooms in this hotel, this was disappointing

Location in the city is perfect for work and leisure, I stay here regularly

Got told we got an upgrade to a better room. Room 224. It was tiny , the bathroom was ridiculously small, dust all over the walls. AC doesnt work too well, when you open a window its too noisy to sleep.

The first room we were given had a weird smell and a damp patch on the floor. We told reception and they moved us to a much nicer room

cleanliness was appealing, stains on the curtains and hair in the bathroom. Staff not helpful, wasnt able to use the pool as there was nobody there and we were told we could use it up until 22:00. the lights in our room stopped functioning twice, the panel in our room to control the aircon/heared floor and do not disturb light didnt work. breakfast was average with some small stale pastries and standard cereal

Good location for the city

Great location close to Old Street station. Able to order room service on mobile. Large bed.

Bed too soft and pillows very thin and soft. Overall uncomfortable for sleeping. The bedside table and alarm clock were very dusty. Put 100 hold on card for extras which is fine but then had to pay room service upfront so not sure why this is needed.

Great rooms and lovely spa in a very nice location. Beds very comfortable and rooms very clean.

Loved the room and the spa was amazing. The staff needs to improve a little bit on their attitude, they werent very friendly or helpful. Also I had an issue with my phone in the room, i couldnt ring the spa or the concierge from my room nor room service which was a little annoying. For the rest I had a great stay. Would definitely come back.

The staff wasnt as polite as I was expecting, both at the check in and at the spa. Need to improve this.
