The Mondrian is a great location with decent service however the rooms are pretty dated.

Very unforgettable and uncomfortable .

The location

As soon as you go past the lobby/front desk you start to feel very uncomfortable . Dont even get a suite because there are dirty unless you get a room past the 14-15 floor other than that the room will be dirty , we found dust everywhere and the bathroom was disgusting to say the least .

Avoid like the bubonic plague

It was well located

From the moment we checked in until we left the staff were rude, like we were interrupting their day. The room was filthy dirty, broken tiles in the shower, hair in the drain, the shower head was blocked like it had never been cleaned, the chandeliers which was a feature as you enter the room was also filthy dirty. Most of the other reviews are true and it would appear the hotel does nothing to help itself other than write thanks for your reviews we will use this to better our offering but in reality they do nothing.

The view

Everything, the room was extremely old, there were mold om the walls, and bathroom and furniture was rusted, I am super estonished. Personal was not polite, I never ever had this type of experience while traveling.

Very disappointed overall .

The location and the bay view at night .

When I booked, I saw reviews about the rooms not being clean enough so I figured that if I took a suite and pay more it would ensure having a cleaner room and better stay overall. I was extremely disappointed when I saw how dirty the room I was given was. Dirty to a point where we changed room immediately.

Noisy and Dirty

Location

Noisy, dirty and over priced for the rooms. Reception looked nice but once you get past the first floor it is not looked after. Would not stay again

Very expensive but the rooms need major upgrade

The location

We found a roach in the shower as soon as we arrived . They gave us 250$ credit that can only be used at their hotel . we went to the hotel bar to spend the $250. We told the bartender about the credit. A couple days later we checked out two days after that I noticed that they charged my card for the $250 instead of using the credit . I called the hotel they refused to give me my money back
