Enjoyable Stay

Our Stay at the hotel was great. The breakfast had an array of dishes. The staff at the restaurant were great. We liked our room. Room service was done on time. High Tea was great too. The location was good for us. We received complimentary spa. The spa was exceptionally good. The spa manager, Olga & Mila were amazing. Absolutely professional and worth the treatment.

We did not like the Ba Na Hills Tour operator which the hotel had provided. This was a very disappointing experience. That being said. We did give our feedback and complain about this tour to the Hotel. The hotel management were very efficient in taking action about our Tour. I would advice those who are keen to book the tours, to make sure you get good information about the tour operators who are going to provide you the service for the tour.

The stay was very good. The staff was helpful and nice!

Stayed for four nights with family! Friendly staff, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast choices! Would stay again!

Wasnt able to use the swimming pool due to the weather. Laundry service was expensive! Replacement cost for lost room key! The kids play room was small/limited.

The staff are awesome. They assisted us with everything that we needed at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast has numerous selections. We will definitely stay here again.

Never stayed in a hotel like this one, its an experience that you cant forget, cronograts to the owners and the staff,

EVERYTHING, breakfast was amazing, great location, beautiful bedroom, but above all the staff, everybody was so attentive and helpful that you will feel at home every moment of the trip

Well, I was only in Da Nang for one day and night and ended up not leaving the hotel... which I think says a lot about how good it was. Amazing value for money, especially compared to Europe. The staff all had a hello and a smile for you, the food was good, the spa was good, the room was pure luxury. The lovely Anita checked me in, and I got a Sea View upgrade (thank you again!). Highly recommend! Maaaaybe don't travel in October if you help it, I arrived right bang smack at the start of the rainy season. Or else do and treat yourself to a rainy day, luxury hotel experience!

Already wanna go back to this Hotel Alongsde Beach.

-Nice location. 5 to 10min walk to the beach. -Well-trained staff members are very kind and helpful. -Free tea time is a pleasant bonus. -Room is spacious, clean, with beautiful sea view.

-Pool is too small, awkward access through 12th floor cafe. -Hotel spa is cheap with discounts, has nice facilities, but massage quality is so so. -Right outside hotel entrance, there's a good rest area for smokers. Cold drinks are brought to you whenever you sit there.
