Mediocre experience overall

Location is great.

Lacking in lots of small details. None is a deal breaker, but it adds up: - bad acoustics. You clearly hear people in adjacent rooms - door lock/unlock is uncomfortable (6 digit code for every open/lock) - light panels in room are cumbersome and impossible to read when dark. - no easy way to turn on light in stairs - light switches by the bed did not work - you have to stand under the shower to turn/adjust the temperature (no way to adjust before getting wet). (Experience applies to room number 2)

Amazing place in amazing district. Very clean large room, very fast responding stuff. Loved self check in, it was really easy and smooth. The district there the hotel located is amazing and very beautiful

Disappointing

not worth the money

Its located in very beautiful neighborhood its nice and well designed

We chose this property because of the jacuzzi on the roof. The owner have published beautiful pictures of it. But actually it was impossible to use. The water was really cold and there was no way to warm it up. We contacted the owners multiple times via WhatsApp but they were unable to help us. it was very disappointing. This place is quite expensive and we definitely wouldn't want to go back there.

great location, very dirty accommodation.

The location was wonderful, we definitely recommend staying in Neve Tzedek.

We have been to many hotels and apartments over the years in many different countries and continents but NEVER has an accommodation been this FILTHY. How on earth the reviews for cleanliness are so high is inexplicable to us. There was lots of DUST EVERYWHERE. Especially under and around the bed and on the lamp above the bed. The windows looked like they had not been cleaned in months. There was mold in the shower, a towel was stained and the mirrors had fingerprints on them. This obviously massively impacted how comfortable we felt during our stay. Either the host is trying to save money on housekeeping or hasn't managed to hire someone remotely capable.

Would stay here again.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of Neve Tzedek. Communication with the management could not have been better. They responded immediately every time I had a question and went above and beyond to be accommodating.
