This hotel was exactly what we were looking for, exceptional value for price and comfortable room for a 5 day stay in Pa

Exceptional value for price, comfortable and clean room, and helpful staff! The hotel is close to a metro stop.

Although the neighborhood of the hotel is fine, it is not the best quartier.

Decent, good value for money

It's a nice place, well decorated and functional. The bed is very comfortable, I slept so well! And I loved the shower gel and hand soap parfum.

I was sad for my son as he had to sleep on a tiny futon. He is 14 yo and big boy so for him it wasn't comfortable at all. Also the open toilet area is not the best idea, if you need to do the second, the smell diffuses around the room.The room is small, good for 2 but 3 people have hard time there. Also is not soundproof : I woke up at 2 am as I was sure someone was taking a shower in my room (it was in another room) and I heard kids running and dogs barking. Also the cleaning of the floor was not good.

Superb

Lovely "hippsetry hotel, very very close to the flea market and transport to central Paris (bus and metro). Great design of property and rooms and very friendly staff. It was exactly as in the photos and we had a great stay.

It would have been nice to have some basic tea/coffee amenities in the room. The floors are concrete, which can be a tad unpleasant in the winter.
