Very good

Good for a couple of days in Hanoi

Very central location, close to everything! Staff were very friendly and we loved the rooftop bar. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. The gym underneath the hotel was brilliant!

The room/bedding and towels had a very odd smell. Not pleasant. At night the music goes on very late on the street bring ear plugs. Seemed to be lots of hornets on the balcony so we never used it. Also our toilet stopped working but they were very quick to sort someone to fix it.

The hotel is beautiful and location is great. The rooms are large enough to accommodate 2 large beds so family of 4 can

Location is excellent

Low water pressure. The hotel needs to dedicate a staff member to assist in planning g trips. Front staff cannot perform both duties due to Taki g care of check in clients.

The hotel staff were amazing; very kind, courteous and helpful. The hotel location was perfect- bang in the heart of the old quarter.

There wasn't a lot of food, but it was great for the price. I liked the food overall. The rice noodles eaten for breakfast were also a delicacy.

Due to incorrect information about transportation to the airport on the last day, I ended up paying more for transportation than expected. I hope you provide accurate information.
