The housekeeping was terrible. I know the room was small and we had a baby crib. But the housekeeping dropped my babys pajama on the carpet and just left it there. The carpet could be really dirty so I stopped using the housekeeping service after that but my stay was 6 nights! We also asked the staff to help calling the restaurants for us in the morning which the booking was for the same evening. We did not receive any response after 2 hours so we had to call the hotel and found out that the staff did not actually follow up on our request.

Cleanliness, availability of spa products and spa, location is great and convenient, beautiful lobby area with good floral decorations and lighting
Wifi issues posted during our 5-night stay and bath temperature could be hotter
