Nice place with great staffs

The staffs were really helpful. The room was clean, and the view from the balcony of Vythiri town was nice.

The room was fine inside, but the doors were like temporary ones, not sturdy. Could hear all the noise from outside inside the bedroom even after the door is locked. No AC, but weather was good and the fan did its job. Location is a bit difficult to reach, the road to the property is a bit narrow. Parking is available, but if all occupants come with SUV type vehicle, would be very difficult to accomodate.

The resort's personnel displayed unprofessionalism, and our experience was marred by misinformation provided on Booking.com about their amenities. Despite receiving confirmation for our booking, the rooms we were promised were unavailable upon arrival, and we were unexpectedly asked to pay extra. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone based on our disappointing encounter.

Our care taker was very good, friendly. He arranged everything. He guided us swimming pool, carrom board game station. He assisted us Tv, break fast supply. Mrs. Jubli were good to greet us. Even though it were busy vaccination holiday they assist us friendly.

Previous gues have made shaby at rooms with mosquito, any way exhaust were good in condition

The pocket road to reach here is very narrow. Parking facility is not as good as we expected. The steep descent to the swimming pool seemed to be the most difficult. Climbing back is tiring. The service of the staff was very good. Another thing, please don't order by looking at the hotel's menu here in the room, because we charge more and what we get is of average quality.

Very good

The host Ratheesh went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Extremely friendly and helpful with organising trips around Wayanad. The room was nice and spacious but the bed could have been more comfortable.

We originally booked a room with a balcony but was told it was taken when we arrived. The hospitality from Ratheesh made up for this though.
