Great hotel, amazing food and warm staff!

Lovely food and staff - made you feel very welcome and very helpful with organising tours! Would 100% recommend for a cosy place to stay in Nuwara Eliya with amazing breakfasts and dinners. The staff in particular were all so welcoming and attentive!

The location was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean.

The rooms can be better in terms of soundproofing. The voices of people talking from other rooms can be heard clearly.

Comfortable rooms and facilities, very clean too! We slept like babies, the beds are very nice and the blankets with colder climate are very welcome too!

Amazing stay in Nuwara !

Best stay in Sri Lanka !! Very tasty, warm breakfast with different options Rooms very nicely decorated & clean with warm duvets, amenities such shower gel and shampoo, toothbrush Kettle and tea in the room, everything what you need ;) On the arrival we received a tea and cookies. Owner and other staff extremely helpful and polite ! They have tuk tuk to take you up the hill. I would stay there again !

We would definitely stay and eat here again! Best food on our trip through Sri Lanka. :)

The food was so delicious and freshly prepared for us upon our order on arrival. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable, we felt so welcome and comfortable here! The room was also spacious, clean and very comfy. We wanted to head off very early in the morning for a hike and they prepared us our breakfast to go (at 5am!). And they even offered free accommodation and food for our tour guide which we really appreciated!

The property is situated on a rather steep hill. For us it wasnt a problem at all since we were with a driver, but the location might need to be considered depending on your mode of transportation.

The staff was extraordinary friendly. Welcome drink when we arrived. Super clean hotels. Owned by British, so ypu can feel England inside - Bed, linen, furniture, stairs, windows. European style. Extraordinary brekfast served! Super delicious omlete - the first such during 1,5 week in Sri Lanka. The real taste of real coffee. Quiet surrounding. No horning or singing in the morning. Really great stay. Exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

Gem of a Place

The location and the property itself is amazing. The staff and the caretakers are super kind and helpful. Najvy was specifically extremely good and prompt and was able to handle all our questions and requests. The food could have been slightly better but the place is an absolute gem to spend your time in Nuwara eliya.
