Location, the spa

The screening, noisy, unguarded children jumping and screaming in the spa. Spa is supposed to be a place of relaxation. Sadly it was not.

Beautiful hotel, great location.

While waiting for a taxi I witnessed a female manager talking down/aggressive manner to a younger staff member in the bar area. Very unprofessional to do this in public in front of guests.

Good Breakfast Modern design hotel Comfortable bed and many pillows We are given a family room with 2 rooms Professional and helpful staffs professional cleaner for housekeeping service very convenient location near to Gulhane Tram and Marmaray Sirkeci Station Walking distance to popular attractions

No iron available Not enough wardrobe for family room Sometimes the access card not working

Very central; helpful staff; comfortable and quiet room; spa and inside pool on site; generous breakfast; safe in room; kettle in room; airport shuttle; many electric plugs in room

No window in ground floor room but small yard present; wifi was at times weak

Classy hotel with sumptuous breakfast.

Marvelous facility! Superb breakfast. Bedrooms were good size. Bathrooms were tidy. Lobby was eye-catching & classy. Staff paid full attention to our check-in process. The Hotel support staff were very prompt & took care of our requests with urgency. Really nice place. Will stay again!
