Very good

The rooms are clean and this hotel has lift. Nearby tourist attractions.

Not a wide variety of breakfast. Maybe can add cereal and porridge which would not cost a lot.

Space in bathroom was good

Staff management during breakfast can be tremendously improved. Disorganised and sloppy. The staff were not accommodating/responding to the customers needs and the clean up trays kept getting in the way of people moving around in the tight space.

Room and bed good. Family suite was spacious.. staff at breakfast section was good. Lucky I got parking in front hotel. Nearby got 7e and some restaurants..

Family suite washroom was smelly..mayb because no ventilation. Toilet bowl like not fixing well. When we sit on its like shaking a bit .can put some air freshener in bathroom. Family suite washroom light it's very dim.Tv channel choices are less.. breakfast also less variety. Mayb can add on coco crunch for kids also. When U receive alot guest. You can give them choices for breakfast time.. like 7.30-8.30,8.30 to 9.30 and 9.30 to 10.30.it can help reduce guest waiting time .. in my case I came down fore breakfast but no seating place..so I have to wait.. or mayb can put extra chairs and tables..

Location. If you are in a low-budget travel, this is the hotel for you. You can walk to main attractions.

The room was smelly and narrow. The halls are narrow too and a little bit creepy.

Staff reception very rude, please learn more about customer service rules. And cleanliness toilet too bad.. Please upgrade space for breakfast. Your staff should multitask not only can stand there without any action.

Bathroom was clean. Breakfast food was generally good for the cost.

Not boutique at all. A bit run down. Had to wait for breakfast as there are not enough tables to seat all guests. Room wasn't clean. Sheet could have been cleaner, pillows need replacing. There are better places to stay.
