Lovely hotel near the cathedral

The location was amazing, right near the cathedral and the old quarter. The staff were lovely and really helpful both on arrival and departure. Breakfast was good, and we were sad that we didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant as the food looked great.

The shower was strange, with low water pressure and pointing straight out from the wall making it difficult to use. We discussed this with reception and they explained that they are trying to update these, but as all rooms are fully booked it is difficult to find time. I wish we'd had time to have a bath instead

The great service really made up for the smaller room.

The customer service of this hotel was really outstanding! Ms. Lisa was really helpful and very attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were great. Location of the hotel is very convenient, so close to St Joseph church and cafes and food vendors.

It is time to change the bed matresses to firmer ones. The stool to the bathtub needs to be more secure. The room is much smaller than the picture. I guess I didnt pay attention to the room size.
