Superb

Awesome location and facilities. We were able to walk to everything we needed.

Amazing shower, good water pressure and hot water. Location was very convenient to everything but a little tucked away.

Hosts had very little English. Made communicating tricky at times.

Great stay experience

I like the room, exactly looks like how it shows on the photo. The location is very near to the sapa square and sapa station, short walking distance.

The access to the hotel, because we were couple bringing 1 big luggage, we need to lift it for some 10 flight of stairs. Despite that, everything is superb

What a view - I booked the mountain view room and it did not disappoint. Could have sat there all day. One of my walls was all windows.

I mean, for the price, you have to accept that its not gonna be the Ritz Carlton. For the value, outstanding

Great location Laundry service for 30k/kg Arranged to hire motorbike through hotel 150k/day which was very smooth to organise 24hr check in Price fits within backpacker budget

Unkept hotel Smashed windows in room, doors didnt fit in any door frame and handles hanging off Housekeeping knocking multiple times very loudly at 07:30AM and shouting very loud in the corridors Beds extremely uncomfortable

Disappointing

A great disappointment.

The only thing holding this property together is the view from our room.

The staff were not very friendly. They would hardly smile or even look up from their phone when you enter the reception area. The room was literally falling apart. The floor boards were lifting, the wall covering was lifting. I slipped in the bathroom and grabbed onto the basin, which was loose. The beds are hard, but that is a personal preference. No tea or coffee offered in the rooms, but there was a kettle. Overall the hotel is run down and it looks like it hasnt been maintained in about a decade. There is a breakfast room with chafing dishes, crockery and cutlery, but when we enquired about breakfast they said they dont do breakfast.
