Pool no longer functional - not advertised but Id stayed before so didnt realise its not been fixed after breaking and was looking forward to this facility.

There were no accessible plugs for me to connect my computer to work on the one "desk" available (where the TV was also placed). I had to work on the battery and then charge it from the plug next to the bed when I was not using it. That was room 3226

Good location and comfortable but very arrogant and rude reception staff.

The location was excellent and so was the bed very comfortable.

There was a constant wait for the lifts and the reception staff were very arrogant and rude except from one gentleman who was very polite.
