It combined comfort, style, and convenience - excellent choice for a memorable trip in Dubai

The stay overall was pretty decent. The staff was polite, they listened if I had any question and tried to resolve it politely. The breakfast also was diverse, fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, croissants etc. were all great. The hotel's central location in Business Bay makes it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The room cleaning person Omar also ensured that our room was fresh as the day.

The Wi-Fi at times was a bit shaky, which is something that can be improved. Also, the check-in process took some time too. Otherwise, it was good.

Superb

Great hotel apartments especially for families with younger children. Very clean with daily room service, friendly staff who are always ready to assist. The Apartment itself has a great layout and is spacious. The kitchen is great with all amenities...only thing that needs addition is the number of cutlery. Cutlery and crockery is limited. The location is great, just a walking distance to the canal walk at Business Bay which provides a great place for daily walks or runs. Overall, we as a family had a great experience and would hesitate to stay there again.

One of the biggest problems of the hotel was the very strong smell of air fresheners that they put on the floors and they didn't pay attention to the fact that some people might be allergic to these strong smells.

Great location. Friendly staff

Great Location and very kind staff. They checked me in early and fast, Besides, upgraded my room to one level up of One bedroom Suit for free. Their breakfast buffet was very rich as well.

BathTub was not working, it took 2 days to fix it.

Overall I would rate it 3 on 5.

The location is good, accessible to main attractions within a reasonable distance and time. The staffs at the entrance and reception were very helpful and friendly. Easy to get rides and much hassle free from this location through Careem app if youre not renting cars. Liked the breakfast options especially for kids. And the staffs in the restaurant also are very helpful and friendly.

The cleanliness of the rooms were way below average. When the cleaners came to clean too it was only for the sake of cleaning. Their floor mop stinked big time ! Room service also was average. At times they got the things you need quickly and at times took at least an hour after youve requested. Bed sheets also werent that neat could spot hair and dirt. Even the sofa and armchair were really dirty, I had to clean it myself since we were with kids with a lint roller, they should at least vacuum it well before the next family checks in.

We had a nice time at the property. Location was central and the staff were courteous.

Cleaning staff was good, restaurant staff and food selection were good. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Location was good and ambiance and furnishings inside the apartment were good. Shower was comfortable and had ample supply of hot water. Our daughter also enjoyed the swimming pool on the 25th floor!

We had booked and paid for a family of 4, however we were not initially provided bedding, utensils and towels for everyone. We had to ask house-keeping. They were likely quite busy and took time to show-up with the requested items. Also, from the booking website description, I was thinking there were 2 full bathrooms. However, there was only 1 bathroom with a shower, the other one was a powder-room/loo only. It wasn't a big inconvenience, and we managed, but was somewhat misleading.

Not a good option if you care about cleaning quality.

Good location, convenient access and parking, large spacious apartment.

Their Booking.com was hacked and I was scammed for 2,000 Euros before arrival. They did not do anything to address their information security breach. They charged me an extra night stay and didnt reverse it until I complained to Booking.com. The housekeeping quality is substandard. Their staff are not customer oriented. Their food quality is poor. I would never stay here again.
