A very, very bad experience.

The location for the hotel

I had two rooms assigned to me, and upon receiving them, I found that one room lacked towels in the bathroom. The next day, at 9:00 AM, I placed a Please Clean the Room card for both rooms and left the hotel. Upon my return at 12:00 PM, neither of the rooms had been cleaned. When I inquired, I was told that the responsible person was on leave, and an investigation would be conducted. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and my family refuses to return to the hotel. Additionally, there is a strong musty odor in the bedding.

Very Noisy room and had to pay extra for early check-in

Pool and location

Too much noise from the club within the hotel building, couldn't sleep until 3am due to music beats and bass. I booked pool view room but the room offered was not at all pool view, from one corner of the window we could only see reflection of the water so It wasn't as advertised

Great rooms and amazing value for money

It is a classy, classic luxury type hotel. It has a certain age, but for us this is enhancing its charm. The staff is very very kind and polite, the rooms are very big, bathrooms are huge, wi-fi is working perfect, breakfast is very good, with plenty of choices. The pool is great for lounging. For us, it was very close to the airport and very convenient for the stay between flights. We are returning, and for sure we would recommend it, because it has an amazing value for money.

The only thing that could we think could be improved - the bathroom products. You have more than expected - even toothbrush and toothpaste, and vanity kit. But for the shower gel and shampoos, it might be more fitting to have something of a better quality.

Great hotel for stopover night

It was stopover night between flights. Breakfast was great, the room big, mattrass comfy, modern bathroom with good shower. Not far from Sheik Said Mosque.

It completely met our expectations, nothing to complain about.

reception desk fast and kind, breakfast very good for a such a small charge, building features, location is reasonable good - between airport and down town....great value for money.

the hotel was a 5 star 13 years ago...not so well maintained, furniture and the rooms atmosphere - a bit oldish, a general strange smell on the hallways (it was a heavy smokers hotel in its glory years), some fixtures does not work, but for the price we paid and our purpose (one day stay between planes), it was great!

Good value for money but dont expect 5 star

Location and size of the rooms

We had a broken towel rail in both our rooms, every time you went near it, it would drop. It almost fell on my toes. Our beds were changed and we were given dirty sheets. We were also given dirty towels, and sometimes no towels at all.
