Good

Room was clean.

The wall is too thin we could hear the neighbours banging their doors and talking. There is a futsal pitch close by and it was very noisy till late at night.

I was here to visit our daughter and family, who live in Bangna. Checking was fast and easy (I paid ahead). Since I had one of the corner rooms in Bldg A, it was an oversized room! With a king bed, TV, percolator, and refrigerator (and a safe I did not use), the room had what I needed. The bathroom was the depth of a very large soaking tub, and ran the span of the room with towel racks, a large sink and vanity, and a large walk-in shower, again the same depth as the large soaking tub. The shower was very nice with a fairly strong spray, and there was shampoo/condit and body wash gel in an attached dispenser. I did not use those as I had my own. The breakfast is very nice, with a large variety of pork, chicken, rice dishes, fruit, cereals, juice, water...and a chef to make custom omelets. Wverything was kept clean and fresh. Important to know: if you stay in Bldg A, it is the OLDER building, and you have to walk over to the Main Bldg B to the restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant is a ride up the elevator, where the pool also is. When returning, I would prob choose Bldg B, as it is newer and has the breakfast. I uaed room service almost exclusively as I caught a bad flu bug on the plane, and even had to add a day as I quarantined for 3 days!! Overall, it was a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

The pictures shown must have been taken when the hotel was brand new, as the area is now much more congested. While the corner room is bigger, it is older (Bldg A is the older bldg), and the room is next to the road where motorcycles with loud mufflers go by all hours of the day and night! The room service was slow (an hour to wait for 1 creme brulee) and few employees spoke English! So, it was difficult to make any changes when ordering. However, the staff was very nice. I did go over Christmas, so this could have been a secondary staff. Even with this, I would go here again, with some changes.

Relaxing in Bangkok, close to shopping mall and train night market

Very clean, and well fit room, kind staff in a cosy hotel. A 4 stars Hotel at a very competitive rate, with excellent services. Very nice and clean pools.

Very good

Had a good stay at Mii Hotel again. Facilities are all very good, apart from the small balcony.

The room was very good with good facilities and a good shower. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location for an event we were attending.

The only problem was the extremely small size of the balcony.

Good and comfortable hotel for the East of Bangkok.

Convenient location if staying in the East of Bangkok - near Yellow line, which works for me but is not necessarily the same for others.

The service at the restaurant is very slow. Not the first time Ive encountered very slow service here.

Great facilities for location

Near the airport with a spacious, comfortable room. Pool areas were great. Service in the restaurant took a while and cocktails weren't pleasant, but it's the best spot in the area. Although not very fluent in English, staff was willing to help where needed and attentive.

Very moist smell in the air that was hard to get rid of in the halls and rooms. Definitely need a second room key to keep in the slot so air conditioner can stay on while not in the room.

Attention! Poor service and staff

The room was ok

- in the service listings was mentioned the transfer service. We chose this accommodation for this reason. Once we checked in, we asked to arrange a shuttle to the airport. We wanted to pay by credit card. It was not possible. But most of all it was impossible to communicate with the staff, which was not able to provide us any kind of support. We talked in total with 5 persons and their English was so poor that was impossible to understand each other. We asked to talk to the manager but was not possible - staff of the restaurant was also not professional at all. - breakfast was in a messy and noisy room - the place is split among two big buildings, you need to move outdoors eventually to reach the restaurant area - in the welcome kit now tooth brush was provided - we ended up needing to create a grab profile to catch a cab to the airport by our own and nobody asked us whether we managed to solve our problem, even though they knew we were in need

Exceptional

The staff was very accommodating. They responded quickly to any request. Had a splendid saltwater swimming pool that we used a lot while we were there. There was a good restaurant on site and a breakfast buffet with an excellent variety of food choices.. The price was right and the room was nice, the bed quite comfortable.

Nothing, I would stay there again.
