Extremely disappointed

Location was great Coffee machines and ice machine on all floors, roof area for our leisure

Booked a lake & mountain view room , confirmed this in JULY, for December trip, then we got an overgrown TREE to look at ! We demanded to be moved the following day. The window is tiny and you have to stand to look out !.. One chair in the room for two . No sealed off toilet , just glass doors for the toilet and shower , which had a picture over the centre area of the doors No separate bathroom or sealed bathroom ! No wardrobe at all, 3 hangers on hooks were supplied . No phone in room , what happens in emergencies ?. Extremely disappointed with the whole stay , the toilet area is a disgrace Two booked in this tiny room , definitely not value for money

Nice place, well located, would recommend. Can store bags while away hiking but note there is a charge for this

Not sure why hotels/ designers/ architects feel that glass doors with no sound proofing at all is ok for en-suite bathrooms - its not!

Convenient location and clean hotel room!

Most restaurants and stores we wanted to check out were less than a 10-minute stroll away. Really clean space. Loved the free hot chocolate (and other hot beverages) thats available on every level. Had an issue with a key card after regular reception hours, and it took a while to get it sorted but the staff that helped us was amazing throughout, cracking jokes and all. Would stay here again!
