Disappointing

the open sky shower was lovely and the massage was really good.

the restaurant is not open 24 hrs. Food can only be ordered via room service. So once you have checked out, and want to go for a massage for eg ( which is what we did) you can't have any food. Since it is outside the city, and no outside food is allowed, would have expected restaurant to be open 24x7. For the money that is being paid would have expected the staffs to be a bit more accommodating in terms of speaking proper language either English or Tamil to cater to the large section of people.

Nice property but lacks hospitality.

Architecture and landscaping is beautiful. Food is excellent.

Hospitality is completely missing except the in-room food delivery guys. Staff don't care about the guest as they are focusing only on events and day out functions.

Location of the place , facilities regarding kids play and family time were great, excellent private beach

Breakfast and dinner was excellent, service was great. Beach was good, quiet and clean. Liked the green space and gardens a lot.

Location is amazing but standards have gone down with time , it was an amazing place in 2006-2009 , now its lil old n not very ptefessionally maintained

Very poor

Property is good but not worth for the money

Bathrooms are not clean and prices are too much .I have order one coffee and they have charged 200+ for it .Swimming pool is bit old I felt its unhygienic.
