Great location

Great location and beautiful art deco furnishings.

I realize we travelled in winter, but the room was very warm (even without the heating on) so we needed to open the window, which made the room very loud. Also, when we checked in we were told the room type we booked wasnt available, even though we booked almost six months in advance. We were charged an additional $60AUD for a larger room, but on arrival to the room, it looked exactly the same as what we booked. We got the additional money back, but it took several phone calls and kinda ruined the start of our trip to Shanghai.

Great 3 days in Shanghai.

Location,history of the building, and the balcony in room 1001.

Door to the balcony needed engineer to fix. The tub is very deep but not long.

Hotel was great location for price you can't beat in Shanghai

room size and location just 5 min walk to nan jing road the main shopping area plus 5 min to the river and yu gardens

We enjoyed our stay at the Metropolo Classiq. It has a little touch of class

The location was convenient to walk most places of interest.

The bed was too hard, and the shower head needs some attention, kept falling down.

Superb

Art deco building in central location

Nice heritage building in a great location close to the Bund. The building is the real deal- 1930s art deco. The rooms are of course completely refurbished but comfortable and spacious. Theyre well-equipped too: Japanese toilet, coffee maker, kettle, etc. I will stay here again on a future visit.
