Everything. It was an amazing stay. We were sick and it was the best stay to get rest honestly

Umm I cant find anything negative. Only got the lower floor and couldnt see the view. Rest everything was amazing

good but could be better if they control the access to the car park and pool is warm

customer service location

pool was cold and could not use it for the entire stay parking, other tenants/visitors blocked my car multiple of times, as hotel does not have good control on the car park and who can access it apartment has a couple of issues which required maintenance, which could not done on the spot due to the Christmas's holidays (maintenance team was not available)

A really enjoyable stay with all of the comforts and amenities one would expect

The room was perfect for our requirements and the location was great. The self contained kitchen had everything required for our stay. The view from balcony was beautiful.

After checkin fantastic!

Great location. Easy walk to stations buses and ferry.

Check in was very slow proces with each person. Surely much of information can be gathered by pre checkin?? Parking is limited but also could have been more simply processed. Feel for staff as they must get frustrated taking so long with each room.

Excellent rooms that were huge in size and very clean and well furnished. Location is perfect as well with good train and bus connectivity to CBD and Northern suburbs. Plenty of food options and supermarkets at the door step. The view from our room was amazing as it over looked the harbour.

What an amazing view and the staff are just as good.

The one bedroom harbour view was amazing! The staff were excellent and very accomodating, they made a special occasion that little bit more special. Will definitely stay again.

The pool was good but the view of the harbour is incredible.

Expensive for a poorly maintained property.

Fairly convenient for what we wanted.

The gas hob shot flames out of the side of the main burner and continued after it was turned off. Poor maintenance The remote control in the living room had leaking batteries. Poor maintenance The coffee machine didnt work despite following the instructions on the web.
