Disappointing

1) Food was tasty. 2) Room with the loft was okayish but not worth the price.

1) The kettle was defective. A family member sustained a burn due to a problem with the kettle 2) The game room was rubbish as many games needed serious repairs. The air hockey table had problems. 3) Swimming pool was just very shallow and small. It was useful only for kids below 12 years age. They are fooling people by saying that they have a swimming pool. They should say kid's swimming pool 4) We went to visit some places/viewpoint at 10.30am and asked the resort staff to clean the room until we were back. When we were back after many hours the room was not cleaned and staff gave stupid excuses for this. 5) The service is very slow. It took an hour for the milk to arrive after ordering. 6) The refrigerator was not working properly. It was like a show piece to fool people

Overall a great place to stay

The property is nice, rooms are clean and big with good ventilation, the courtyard was great and well decorated for outdoor dinner with bon fire. The food was great too with good service.

Extremely loud music at outdoor dinner and music by the pool which was on from afternoon until evening. Since we had an executive pool side room the music was quite disturbing. Also lot of mosquitoes at the property.

Say never to Meritas, biggest mistake

I will never stay in this property even if it was for free

Staffs are rude & they invades on your privacy while you are in the room , a house keeping staff opened the door stating she thought it was a checked out room, the reception desk has 0 courtesy of how to behave to customers. Absolutely terrible experience that we checked out the same day this happened to us. They provided us the full refund and all they could let us know that the staff was suspended but I do not want anyones livelihood to be destroyed, please teach your staff the right etiquette if not please do not be in this business.
