Superb

Very good thermal hotel with very friendly staff. The pools are excellent, both indoors and outdoors. Rooms are large and well furnished. Good linens and bathrobes. Everyday cleaning is fast and perfect.

I would have preferred a larger menu for a restaurant. We were in a very low season but still the choice of food could be better.

Great pools in the spa. Hotel is old but very well kept. We stayed in two superior rooms that were large and beautiful. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was very nice. Nice staff at reception. Good variety at breakfast .

Excellent hotel with great staff, excellent facilities, tasty food, and exciting position.

Relaxing and exciting at the same time! Staff is professional and very kind. We got upgraded and the room was huge. Despite being next to the highway there is not much noise due to the position of the building and well glazed windows. Beds are comfortable. Food is excellent but a pit pricey. Everything is very clean. The pools and water facilites are versatile and immaculate.

I like the way they bring the water from hot springs outside into the hotel pool. outdoor hot springs pool is stunning

the property is out dated. especially indoor pool need a lot of renovations

Expensive and not worth the money. Would not recommend to anyone.

Breakfast was always excellent.

Mandatory swim caps. Lack of air conditioning in rooms. Out in the middle of no where; about 30 minute drive from Siena. Zero wifi in rooms. Rude manager and head waiter in restaurant.

Restaurant was surprisingly very good. Tagliata was cooked to medium rare perfection. Thermal pool facilities were decent

Just a minute off the highway and a great stop if you are tired and need to.unwind in a great warm thermal pool complex . Near quaint small towns in Tuscany. Very clean and comfortable.. very helpful staff

Pool complex opens it at 10am so if you are an en early riser and would.llike to do your bathing ritual before breakfast then this 10am doesn't suit

rude staff at breakfast, eapecially Roco, who forbids to have breakfast near the windows enjoying the view but rather insists to sit you in the darkest tables. dirty linens and towels

Very kind and helpful staff who let us check out late.

Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. The water was wonderfully hot in the thermal baths. there was also a large indoor pool perfect for swimming. A lovely breakfast.
