Hotel with a WOW factor

This Hotel has the WOW factor! You feel very welcome when entering, ambience has a cosy feel, location is perfect and omg the bed was the comfiest bed ever! 10 on 10!!

Perfect for a Krakw break

Location. Staff. Very comfortable atmosphere.

One small gripe was the gluten free / vegan options particularly during breakfast. There were some but only basics. For example, some bread but no butter.

Let's start with the staff! 5 stars to all of you! Very helpful and always with a smile in your face. Special thanks to Johny, our secret Santa! The hotel is very clean, the cleaning department is very strong. Breakfast buffet meets all tastes. Location is great. The hotel is near to the city centre. Till next time!

Hotel was nice, very tasty breakfast, lots of food for everyone.

Good location. Nice hotel.

If to be very picky, shower needs maintenance ( silicone is not good ). Shower water pressure was low.

Fantastic hotel in every way

This hotel is fantastic on every level. Service - friendly and efficient with all local staff , Decor - modern and fresh , Comfort-all round, Value for money ,Location - 5 minute walk from the old town , right opposite a massive mall and the train/bus station, Food-amazing quality and presentation especially the breakfast which was one of the best we have ever experienced! Thank you

Very nice good location. Walking distance to most things. However

When we got there the staff were very friendly. They upgraded my room for me free of charge which was a nice extra. The staff Martin, Greig and Jonny were lovely. We were given slipper and a housecoat in our room. Room was very spacious and shower was really nice. It was walking distance to the main square, the train station and also Auschwitz pick up point to get there was just across the road for us.

We were giving a mini fridge which we didnt use or need however they took a pending transaction out for it, 300 zloty. Luckily I had the money to pay for it as it was never stated that we had to pay this even tho we didnt use it. We left nearly a week ago after not touching anything in the mini bar they are still holding my payment meaning I cant use that money. With it being so close to Christmas and not getting paid for another couple of days. Its a bit disappointing
