Great location and excellent value for money

Great check in, amazing location right under the bridge...comfortable room and the air conditioner worked really well thankfully! Clean room and nice view.

Me and my daughter disgusted by the condition of the room and bathrooms so unhygienic they should be reported to the OHS

The location as it was right across from the ship terminal

Wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bedroom and bathrooms dirty noisy disgusting would never stay here again

The room.was huge and a gorgeous original period style. Very quiet and right one street back from the harbour...... perfect.

Very good

The price was great for the location. The pub downstairs had some great live music.

The room was very small with 1 double bed a 1 single. Shared bathroom across the hall. There was no elevator, and was very difficult to carry luggage to room.

The location

The room was I. Very bad disrepair. The bathroom door would not close as part of the door frame was hanging down to stop it. The bathroom floor was flooded when we first arrived and after mopping up puddled again so obviously a leak somewhere . The toilet did not flush . The carpet in front of the bathroom was soaking wet. I expected it to be a bit dated but this room needs major renovations. Would not recommend.

Disgusting

Stuff is so rude, arrogant and only thinking about money. No customer service. The rooms was so dirty. The hot water in the shower didnt work and they didnt even try to fix it. We had multiple conversations and the only thing they said is leave the hotel if we dont like it. We still havent got the refund.
