Unfortunately, I wont do it again nor recommend

The view although theres a construction site

Its in the details.. 1- couldnt connect to netflix due to the system youre using its not friendly 2- we had two shower gels and no shampoo 3- parking is normal price of 30 per day despite being a guest at the hotel 4- location is a little away but by car it was okay 5- instructions arent straight forward on how to reach the bar/restaurant

1. Restaurant, bar, lounge working hours- till 21.30-22 only 2. Room planning 2.1 The washroom does not have a door to separate it from Bedroom 2.2 The toilet itself has fully transparent glass doors, as well as the shower 2.3 The hotel planners consider going to the toilet in front of your family as some kind of a "Wow effect" 2.4 Zero privacy in the washroom as a result 3. Gym is a total shame for a 60 storied building, its so small and has almost no equipment 4. Engineering is a total shame The was strong wind and i could not sleep as the windows were all shaking and making noisy sounds all night long The ventilation and AC in the lounge on the 57 floor was not working No light in the conference room in the business lounge, the problem is not that it was not working, but that it as totally unavailable Still, its the highest skyscraper in Vienna with the best view of the city which is a must for visit, but the planning and engineering are a shame for such high class of the building

My recent stay at your establishment was mostly enjoyable, but I wanted to bring a couple of concerns to your attention to enhance future guest experiences. Firstly, the entry door to the bathroom seemed to have an issue as it would frequently close by itself. We did request for it to be fixed during our stay, but unfortunately, it was not addressed. This minor inconvenience could be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests. Secondly, the television in our room was positioned on the side of the bed, rather than the standard location at the front. This placement made it somewhat uncomfortable to watch TV comfortably from the bed. Perhaps reconsidering the TV's placement in the room layout could enhance the overall experience. Lastly, we noticed that the channel selection on the television was quite limited. This limitation was compounded by the fact that the television itself appeared to be dated, which prevented us from connecting to our preferred streaming services. Upgrading the TV or expanding the channel options could greatly improve the in-room entertainment experience. I want to emphasize that these points are meant to offer constructive feedback and not to detract from the otherwise positive aspects of our stay. I appreciate your attention to these matters, and I believe maddressing them could further elevate the quality of your accommodations. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Very nice hotel with service disappointments.

Location and rooms.

Services during Christmas time way below expectations. Room service was very limited and delayed massively. Also what I discovered was that if you book from a different website rather than Melia, you dont get the full benefits of the points or the silver or Gold Status with Melia. A shame really.

In summary, my stay was deeply disappointing with very few redeeming qualities.

Nothing. I sincerely tried to find something I liked about this place, but I couldn't. The only decent thing was the bed and bedding, which were not too bad.

Here's the deal with this 300 room: - You won't find any still water in the room, just overpriced stuff in the fridge. - The phone? Only works to call reception, and they take forever to answer, like two whole minutes. - So, you have to trek down from the 12th floor because the reception desk is a ghost town, not because they're busy or anything. - Your luggage will take an eternity, at least an hour, to reach your room. - And if the reception promises to bring your luggage, take your room service order, or call you back in a few minutes, expect to wait at least half an hour. This place redefines "service" in the worst way possible.
