2 star hotel - dont believe the rating

Location and the beds

This is a poor 3 star hotel at best, maybe 2 star. Floors are cracked, with tiles with unfinished gaps that hair and dirt are trapped in it. Walls are completely bare so it feels like a hospital room, no coffee or tea facilities in the room, unfinished cupboard with no doors whose lights dont switch off so we had to drape towels over it to sleep at night. No toiletries except basic shampoo and soap. Worst hotel of our trip. Book anywhere else for this rate.

Staff were very helpful, hotel was clean, close to shopping.

There was no complementary drinks in room but just a mini bar. ( However, as it was after midnight we arrived I was tired, staff at reception did give me water when I went to complain) No coffee or tea in room. This was my third hotel I stayed in Spain and was the only hotel that did not offer water bottle in the room.
